Cap Hmem is 25 km north of Bizerte center, a virgin paradise with wonderful cliffs. If you want to swim on a deserted beach, disembark by boat on a wild islet, or dive in search of underwater caves, Cap Hmem in Bizerte would be a pleasant destination.
The northern coast, between Bizerte and Tabarka, is characterized by its jagged layout and the absence of passable roads to access it. Only a few paved 'breakthroughs', near Béchateur, or a little further, in the delegation of Sejnane, allow access to the coast to reach Kef Abbed, Cap Serrat, or Sidi Mechreg for example.
